General Embassy hours of operation:

Sunday to Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon

Consular services:

Sunday to Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (all services, including passport pick-up and emergency services)
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (passport pick-up and emergency services only)
