Visas and Immigration
The Visa Section of the Embassy of Canada to France is responsible for processing visa applications for citizens and residents of Algeria.
Algerian citizens require a visa to enter Canada as a visitor. If you are a citizen of another country, check the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website to see if you require a visa to enter Canada.

If you wish to enquire about the status of your application, you should contact the Visa Section of the Embassy of Canada to France where all applications are processed and finalized.
Visa Application Centre
The Embassy of Canada has authorized a Visa Application Centre (VAC) to provide assistance with applications for Temporary Resident (visitor) Visa, and Study or Work Permit applications, and applications from Permanent Residents applying for Travel Documents to return to Canada. The VAC provides on-site client service, offers extended business hours and minimizes delays.
