Hours of Operation

8:30am to 4:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday) - General Enquiries (Trade/ Public Affairs & Consular/Passports*)

9:00 am to 12:00 noon (Monday to Thursday) Immigration/Visa Enquiries.

* Lodgement of Passport Applications

If you wish to personally submit your passport applications and have it checked for accuracy by the passport office, please bring it to level 6, 111 Harrington Street between 9 A.M. TO 12 Noon, Monday to Friday.

Passport applications may be lodged after 12 noon with the Receptionist on Level 5, 111 Harrington Street.

Please note: The applications lodged after 12 noon will not be checked by the receptionisT. You will receive a receipt and your application will be forwarded to the Passport Office.
