Lodgement of Passport and Citizenship Applications

If you wish to submit your passport or citizenship application in person and have it checked for accuracy and completeness, present yourself at our office between 09h00 and 12h00, Monday to Friday.  Applications may also be dropped off at main reception on Level 5 during regular business hours, but will not be checked.  You will receive a receipt at the time of lodgement; otherwise applications left with main reception will be handled in the same manner as applications submitted by mail.  Refer to the Passport Services and Citizenship sections of this web site for further information.

Notarization Services

Appointments must be booked in advance for notarization services.  To make an appointment, call the main telephone number and leave a message for Consular Services, or send an e-mail to sydny-cs@international.gc.ca.
