Obtaining a certificate from the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police)

If you require a Canadian police check for any reason (not connected to the Canadian Consulate General Sydney) follow these downloadable instructions to obtain an RCMP certificate. If you have an application for Permanent Residence to Canada (any category) in process, or if you are planning to apply and you have resided in Canada for a period of 6 months or more (continuously) since turning 18 years of age, this office will obtain your RCMP check on your behalf. This downloadable form is not required.
