IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS OF GERMANY AND THE NETHERLANDS: Clients submitting applications to the Visa Office in Vienna are not required to provide a pre-stamped return envelope with their application. The Visa Office in Vienna is bearing all costs related to mail services as per the following rules: passports are returned by registered mail whereas all other correspondence is sent by regular mail.
