Studying in Canada

In 2009, Canada welcomed about 200,000 international students. Over 50,000 Chinese students made the choice to study in Canada, representing the largest group of foreign students in our country. This is an important part of our strong people to people links with China and contributes tremendously to the deepening of our bilateral relationship.  In addition, many more come to Canada to learn English or French.   International students bring a rich culture to our classrooms. Your knowledge and skills are welcome in our schools.
