Agreement concerning Annual Reports on Human Rights and Free Trade between Canada and the Republic of Colombia


The Agreement concerning Annual Reports on Human Rights and Free Trade between Canada and the Republic of Colombia requires that Canada and Colombia each draft an annual report for tabling in their respective legislatures on the effects on human rights in both Canada and Colombia of  measures taken under the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, which entered into force on August 15, 2011. 

Canada tabled its first report on May 15, 2012 in both the House of Commons and the Senate. 

Canada tabled its second report for the period August 15, 2011 to December 31, 2012 on June 14, 2013 in both the House of Commons and the Senate. 

Canada tabled its third report for the period January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 on May 15, 2014 in both the House of Commons and the Senate. 

Canada tabled its fourth report for the period January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 on May 12, 2015 in both the House of Commons and the Senate.

Canada tabled its fifth report for the period January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 on July 20, 2016 in both the House of Commons and the Senate.

Canada tabled its sixth report for the period January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 on May 15, 2017 in both the House of Commons and the Senate.
