IEC applicants are not obliged to use the services of Service Providers/Travel Agents/Agencies to apply for International Experience Canada initiative. IEC applicants can not use a third-party to act on their behalf with Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada. Applications must be completed and mailed in to the Office of the Embassy of Canada by the applicant directly.
