Embassy of Canada to Czech Republic
Canada and the Czech Republic have longstanding and close ties. Canada sheltered Czechoslovak political refugees in 1948 and 1968, and offered steadfast support for dissidents throughout the Communist period. Since 1989, personal and family ties between the two countries have been renewed and strengthened.
As of June 10, 2013 the Embassy of Canada to the Czech Republic is located at Ve Struhách 95/2, Prague 6. The Embassy is accessible via bus 131 from the Hradcanská metro station (Nemocnice Bubenec stop) and the Praha-Bubenec train stop.
Luggage, bags and electronic devices are not permitted at the Embassy. Cell phones may be deposited at the guard house. The Embassy is not responsible for deposited items.
