Velkommen! My thanks to you for visiting our website here at the Canadian Embassy in Copenhagen.
As NATO allies and Arctic neighbours, Canada and Denmark share a history of fruitful collaboration on many global issues. With a maritime border of 2,000 km between Canada and Greenland, there are on-going historic links between our Inuit populations, and the Arctic forms an important part of Danish-Canadian cooperation. Our like-minded values are also reflected in our continued commitment in areas such as security cooperation, promotion of human rights and free trade.
I am very much looking forward to further developing the thriving Danish-Canadian relationship. Whether your interest is in Canada's international activities, or you are interested in business opportunities, travel, study and cultural events, you will find that the Embassy in Copenhagen offers services to both Danes and Canadians through this website.
So do come back and visit us often!
