Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today issued a statement congratulating Kenya on adopting a new constitution. He welcomed the leadership shown by the President and Prime Minister in bringing Kenyans together to tackle their future and in implementing reforms but deplored the Government's invitation to the Sudanese President to attend the constitution's adoption ceremony. .. details
