Processing times begin on the day our office receives a complete application and end on the day the final decision (i.e. approval/refusal) leaves our office. These are given as an indication; they are not a guarantee of how long it will take to process your application and they do not include the time needed for the passport and visa to be returned to you.
Applicants are strongly advised to apply for a visa or permit six to eight weeks prior to traveling, beginning to work or beginning your studies.
