Canadian Book Reading for Children

“The Good Little Book”

Boy meets book. It’s not quite love at first sight, but the good little book grows on the boy, soon becoming his loyal companion …

Welcome back to school! It’s time for reading! Come and join us and make a new friend—a book—in the library! Are you looking for a good little book of your own? We have plenty, including the winners of the Governor General’s Literary Awards (like this month’s selection) which represent the rich diversity of Canadian literature.
