To help us provide you with the most efficient service, please ensure that you address your inquiries and requests for information to the correct section in the Embassy. In particular, requests for information about immigration and visas should be directed to the Immigration Section of the Embassy. Other sections cannot respond to requests for information about visas and immigration matters.
Visa and Immigration Section
Inquiries on visas and immigration are only accepted in writing. Please refer to the contact page for the Visa and Immigration Section for information on how to submit inquiries.

Security information: For security reasons, visitors should refrain from bringing items such as backpacks or luggage to the Embassy. All visitors will be searched prior to entry. The following items are not allowed in the Embassy premises and visitors will be asked to leave them with security staff:
The Embassy reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone carrying large or suspicious packages, weapons, or any item which could potentially jeopardize the safety and security of our employees, clients and visitors.
After-Hours Emergency Contact. The Emergency Watch and Response Centre of the Department of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Development is available to provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Effective Monday 22 June, the Consulate of Canada in Cebu, while open for phone calls and inquiries, will offer notary services only one day per month; please direct your service inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Should you require consular services on an urgent basis, please consult the Consular Section of the Embassy of Canada in Manila. Normal services will resume on Thursday 3 December 2015.
The Consulate of Canada offers limited consular services. Notary Services are provided to Canadian citizens on an appointment basis only.
To make an appointment, please send an email directly to the Consulate providing your name, contact details, service required and your availability to meet us. You will then receive an email notification once the appointment is confirmed.
Note: The Consulate of Canada cannot respond to inquiries concerning Passport, Proof of Citizenship and Visa applications. Applications for Canadian passports and proof of citizenship must be submitted directly to the Consular Section, Embassy of Canada in Manila.
