The Visa Section in Warsaw accepts payments of processing fees made at any Post Office branch in Poland. There is no possibility of making Polish Zloty cash payments at the Visa Section. Only Canadian dollar payments (paper currency in exact amount - no coins) will be accepted as well as Canadian Dollar bank/certified cheques..
Applications made in person or by post or courier must include the following as evidence of payment:
- a deposit acknowledgement (PDF, * 75 KB) stamped and initialled by the Post Office.
and
- a completed Cash Deposit form (PDF ,* 122 KB) along with evidence of your payment
OR
-a money order, bank draft or bank cheque or certified cheque in Canadian Dollars drawn on a Canadian bank. Canadian Dollar cash is accepted only for applications made in person.
Any application received by mail/from a travel agent/or through our drop box WITHOUT a Post Office acknowledgement of payment or Canadian dollar bank/certified cheque will not be processed.

Receiver General for Canada
The draft/ cheque must be drawn on and must clear on a bank in Canada. Please write your name and address on the reverse of your bank draft.
A bank draft/ certified cheque is a cheque issued by a bank payable to a designated person, in this case the Receiver General for Canada. The name of the Canadian bank that will pay the Receiver General for Canada must appear on the cheque.

Processing fees are established in Canadian Dollars. Fees in Polish Zloty may change if there are significant changes in the exchange rate between the Canadian Dollar and the Polish Zloty. Please always refer to the fee schedule below when determining the amount of payment due.

Please note that applications for permanent residence in the Federal Skilled Worker class must be submitted to the Federal Skilled Worker Centralized Intake Unit in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada along with the correct processing fees.
