The Consulate General of Canada in San Francisco | Silicon Valley and its Consulate in Silicon Valley are part of the network of Canadian Government representation in the United States, which includes the Canadian Embassy in Washington D.C., thirteen Consulates General and nine Canadian Consulate Trade Offices. The Consulate General of Canada in San Francisco | Silicon Valley focuses on three main areas of business:
- trade and investment;
- public affairs, which includes the promotion of Canadian artistic, cultural, and academic events; and
- consular affairs, which provides assistance services to Canadians living and travelling in the territory.
