How to Submit an Application to this Visa Office
Applications must be submitted through one of the following service providers:
- AL-FIFA General Services; or
- ARAMEX: A prepaid return airway bill must be included.
Diplomatic and Special passport holders
Applications can be submitted:
- in person at our office
- to AL-FIFA General Services; or
- to ARAMEX: A prepaid return airway bill must be included.
Hours of Service
In-person (only for holders of diplomatic and special passports):
Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 - 12:00
Excluding holiday closures (may differ from local holidays).

If you are planning to travel to other countries while your visa is being processed, please submit, along with your application, a photocopy of the page(s) of your passport showing: your identity, photo and validity of your passport in addition to a cover letter explaining the reason why you are not submitting your passport, and the date you will send it, to allow for the completion of the application process. Please note that we will not send you a reminder.
