Passport Application Pre-screening Service in Seattle

As of June 1, 2009, a U.S. law requires Canadians to present a valid passport or other acceptable document denoting citizenship and identity to enter the United States by water or land. U.S law already required Canadians to present a valid passport to enter the U.S. by air. If you do not have a passport, now is the best time to apply. Remember, the passport is the recommended travel and identification document for all Canadian travelers.

To avoid unnecessary delays in processing time, have your application checked through the pre-screening program at the Consulate General of Canada in Seattle before sending to Canada.

For your convenience the pre-screening process can begin by phone, in person, by email or by fax.

Tuesday to Thursday - 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.; 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
