We provide these services to residents, nationals, or persons legally admitted to these countries. Nationals or persons legally admitted to Madagascar, Mauritius and Reunion should contact the Visa Section of the High Commission of Canada to Kenya.
Canada imposes visas on Namibia
Beginning at 6:01 a.m. local time [12:01a.m. EDT] on September 11, 2012, citizens of Namibia will require a visa to travel to Canada. You can apply at the visa office in Pretoria.

Citizens of Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia & Zimbabwe require a visa to enter Canada as visitors. If you are a citizen of another country, check the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website to see if you require a visa to enter Canada.
