Criminal Rehabilitation Application Forms
Please read the Criminal Inadmissibility section of the website to determine if you are criminally inadmissible and what steps you can take to overcome this. The fee for processing your application is not refundable, so make sure you are eligible before you apply. Please note that submitting a completed application and necessary supporting documents does not guarantee that your application will be approved.
Note: Applications for rehabilitation can take over a year to process, so make sure you plan for your visit far enough in advance.
You must submit the following completed forms:
