Consular Services for Canadians

We continue to provide consular services to Canadian citizens. In-person services however are currently available only for urgent requirements by appointment only.

Any non-urgent applications for passports or proof of citizenship certificates will be accepted by mail only. New passports will be distributed by registered mail, unless in-person collection is required due to urgent travel.

Visa and Immigration clients are admitted by invitation only.

Please note that the Receptionist at the Consulate General cannot answer immigration or visa enquiries.
