Notarial Services
The consular office in Brussels and the Honorary Consulate in Luxembourg have authority to perform a variety of notarial services.
- Produce a certified copy of an original document
- Official certified copy of a Canadian passport (up to 3 copies)
- Authenticate a signature on a document
- Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (“certificat de coutume”)
- Attestation of citizenship
- Witness a signature on a document, administer an oath or receive an affidavit for a document to be used in Canada.
Documents to present:
- Original document(s)
- Passport or other valid photo ID bearing your signature.
- Fee in an accepted method of payment
