Consular Fees and Methods of Payment

See below for information on fees and methods of payment for passport, citizenship and notarial/specialized services.

Passport services

Note: Receipt of payment must be included with your application. Applications received with an inaccurate fee may be returned, which will delay the processing of your application.

  • 5-year adult passport (age 16 or over)
  • 10-year adult passport (age 16 or over)
  • Child passport (0 to 15 years of age)
  • Administrative fee for replacing a valid lost or stolen passport
  • Other passport services*

Method of payment and fees: Pay your fees online before you apply for the above mentioned passport services.

*Method of payment and fees (other passport services): by credit card (by Visa or MasterCard only). All charges are in CAN$.

Citizenship services

Note: Receipt of payment must be included with your application. Fees are non-refundable, whether the Certificate of Canadian Citizenship is issued or not. Monitor the status of your application on-line using your receipt number.

Method of payment and fees: Pay your application fees online before you apply for citizenship services.

  • Select Citizenship - Citizenship Certificate (proof of citizenship)
  • Payment can be made for multiple applicants by identifying each individual by name (CAN$ 75 per applicant)
  • Receipt of payment must be included in your application

Notarial/specialized services

Method of payment for notarial/specialized services: Pay by credit card (by Visa or MasterCard only). All charges are in CAN$.
