CreditCard

We accept VISA (including VISA debit) or MasterCard payments in Canadian dollars.

Bank Transfer

If you cannot pay by credit card, you may pay by bank transfer prior to your visit. Please make the transfer 48 hours prior to your visit. This will ensure the transfer has gone through by the time you come to the embassy, thereby avoiding unnecessary delays in processing your service request.

Confirm the current fees before transferring the funds. If a fee is not paid, is paid into the wrong account, or if an incorrect amount is paid, the processing of your application will be delayed.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, obtain banking information by sending an email to:

hague@international.gc.ca

Be sure to include the service for which you would like to pay. Payments via bank transfer are only accepted in Euros.

Cash

You can pay for emergency service in Euro or in Canadian dollars (exact amount only).

By mail (for the non-regular services)

If applying for a service by mail, be aware the embassy only accepts payments by credit card.

We accept VISA (including VISA debit) or MasterCard payments in Canadian dollars. To pay by credit card, you must download an authorization form, complete, sign and attach it to any service request (including passport application) sent by mail.

Do not send cash or cheques in the mail. If you make a mail-in payment by cash or cheque, your service request will be rejected and returned to you.
