Request for proposals for end of project evaluation

The High Commission of Canada in Pakistan, acting for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), wishes to undertake a Request for Proposal for the provision of consulting and professional services in relation to the Evaluation of Project-P000195: “Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment through Enhanced Participation in South Punjab’s Dairy Sector (WEE)”.

The High Commission of Canada in Pakistan now invites the submission of Proposals from suitably qualified bidders.  Bidders must have valid visa to undertake this assignment in Pakistan.

The contract will be for a period of three months, expected to run from March 15, 2019 to June 15, 2019.

This is a full and open competition under which any type of organisation is eligible to participate.  

Working language of the project

The working language for this project is English.

Instructions to bidders

To be considered, proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 1 p.m. local time GMT+5 on March 01, 2019, in accordance with instructions indicated in the RFP. Late bids will be rejected.
