Office of the Honorary Consul of Canada to Bulgaria in Sofia

Assistance to Canadians: This Office provides consular assistance, notarial services and passport and citizenship application forms to Canadian citizens. Honorary Consul offices do not issue passports.

Full consular services are offered at the Embassy in Bucharest.

Important note – All enquiries about Canadian visas and immigration to Canada are handled by the Visa and Immigration section, rather than the Consular section. This includes enquiries from Canadian citizens who wish to sponsor their relatives to come to Canada or who wish to invite relatives or friends to come to Canada.

Fees and accepted methods of payment

Credit/ Debit: Only Visa or MasterCard are accepted. The fees will be charged in Canadian dollars. Please complete and sign the Credit Card Authorization Form   

Administrative fees of $1.50 CAD per $50.00 CAD transaction will be charged separately by the processing agent and should not be included in the total amount authorized.

You may use one authorization form for more than one service or application; just mark the total amount and the name(s) of all applicants.
