Launch of the 2018-2019 Student Exchange Program (SEP) for Latin American and Caribbean Citizens

Global Affairs Canada has launched its 2018-2019 Student Exchange Program (SEP) for Latin American and Caribbean citizens wishing to study, conduct research or professional development in Canada.The SEP scholarships promote partnerships, student mobility and research collaborations between Canadian and Latin American and Caribbean post-secondary institutions.

The SEP comprises four programs that will offer approximately 650 short-term scholarships, at the college, undergraduate and graduate levels, tenable during the 2018-2019 academic year. Institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean are responsible to provide the names of eligible candidates to Canadian partner institutions. Canadian colleges and universities are responsible to submit applications on behalf of students, researchers, faculty and international liaison officers/managers from eligible countries by April 17, 2018.
